Q. How do I secure my event date?
A. To secure your date, we must receive the site rental fee and your signed agreement that will be prepared by us. This deposit is non-refundable.  This rental is based on a guaranteed count of 100 guests minimum.
 
Q. What is the inn capacity?
A. The main dining room will seat 150 guests. This number includes having a dance floor, availability to the bar, and a table for the DJ.  
Q. What is included with the site rental fee?
A. Provided is the following:
  • 5 Foot Round tables (seating 8 guests)
  • Gold Chiaivari Chairs
  • Linens (white or ivory to floor)
  • Linen Napkins
  • China, Stemware and Flatware
  • Skirted buffet, beverage and DJ table
  • Covered cake table 
Q. What are my food choices?

Q. Can we bring in our own beer & liquor?
A. State Law specifies licensed distributors must provide every product we serve with our name on the invoice.  In addition, all invoices must be kept on premise and be available for TABC inspection. We can’t accept beer or wine from any other source.  All alcohol must be purchased through the Olde Breton Inn and served by our staff.  By Law: drinking in parking lot is prohibited.
